Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Agreement & Apple EULA

By downloading, installing, or using Voice Doodle ("App"), you agree to be bound by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and these supplemental terms (together, the "Terms").

2. Subscriptions & Tokens

• Auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., weekly/monthly) are billed to your Apple ID and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Where offered, consumable tokens/credits are deducted when you initiate a generation or other paid action. Token balances do not imply monetary value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash.
• Pricing is displayed in-app and may vary by region. Taxes may apply.

3. Free Trials & Intro Offers

If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial/intro period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Unused portions of a free trial may be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

4. Billing, Renewals & Refunds

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Renewals are charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. For refund requests, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, access to subscription features may be limited or suspended at the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the App to submit unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with App servers or security.
• You are responsible for the prompts you submit and content you generate.

6. Generated Content & Ownership

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you own the images generated for you. You grant us a limited, revocable license to store and process your generated content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., delivery, temporary caching, abuse review).

We may temporarily retain generated content for operational reasons (e.g., troubleshooting or moderation), as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability & Changes

• Features, models, and token prices may change from time to time. We may update or discontinue features at our discretion.
• We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and posted here, with the "Last updated" date revised.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse. You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling the App ends your license pursuant to Apple's EULA.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle data.
